Powercycle procedure for QQQ inaccurate #34

After encountering an error with the qqq quad heaters not equilibrating, I tried (with Will's help) to powercycle the QQQ but realized that the current documentation on github isn't correct. We couldn't find the right answer online - the shutdown card icon doesn't exist anywhere on the qqq computer.

  1. Which protocol were you referring to? This one? https://github.com/Stanford-ChEMH-MCAC/protocols/blob/master/changing_ion_sources/power_cycle_MS.md Presumably I should make the more explicitly specific to the 6545 if so.

  2. What would solve the issue? A separate protocol for the QQQ that just says to close MassHunter, and then to press the power button, and then to press the power button again?

  3. Are there any problems with the instrument currently?
