Send SSO users with existing accounts to /login #905

instead of /register, to reduce the confusing messages. Also, this is probably how it "should" behave anyway :)

This is for the case where the user already has an account on lagunita, but hasn't linked it with the SSO IdP yet (here: Destiny). We want these users to go to /login to link their accounts, not /register.
