All the tests (pointwise, conv12, conv21, conv31, convbw) PASS in travis using io pads and a 16x16 grid, using "serpent" PNR. I think this is good enough for a new master!

Yes, the goal is definitely to have both PNR tools working. The SMT guys are developing in a separate branch CGRAFlow/sixteen and should have it working as soon as we get them the accurate cgra_info. But I don't want to wait, I'm ready to move on with master!
