Cascade and harris #74

This PR brings cascade and harris to CGRAFlow along with some minor fix on comparison script.

Please note that to do so, it uses some non-master branches in CoreIR, Halide-CoreIR, and CGRAGenerator. I will monitor their merge process and update this PR as soon as possible.
