Adjustment on PnR installation #89

CGRA PnR is under some major adjustment on its internal representation to interface garnet.

Changed how it should be installed.

EDIT: @leonardt for some reason Github failed to show automatic merge, even though there is no merge conflict on my side. If you want I can delete the branch and start a new PR.
