Bump SpeziAccount and other dependencies #29

Problem

The current implementation still relies on the old version of SpeziAccount. This also has an impact on compatibility with other Spezi libraries.

Solution

Update the app to use the latest SpeziAccount release (including support for Sign in with Apple) and update all other Spezi packages.
