🚀 Major feature request: Patient onboarding and management

Use Case

As soon as the care provider completed the onboarding process, they might want to manage patients including the following actions:

• Add new patients
• Manage a specific patient's health records (questionaries, eeg recordings, ...)
• Switch between the list of registered patients

Problem

The current app (template) is primarily targeted for individual use only.

Solution

Current structure might need slight refactoring to support managing a list of patients.

Changes done here might include work within the Spezi framework ecosystem.
