Full Type Script Code Coverage Reporting #29

Problem

We currently don't get accurate code coverage reports as indicated in https://github.com/StanfordBDHG/ENGAGE-HF-Web-Frontend/issues/6.

Solution

We should follow the same approach as https://github.com/StanfordBDHG/ENGAGE-HF-Web-Frontend/pull/7 and some more generalized elements to enable this functionality in this repo as well.
