Data submission to ENCODE: cs-364 #186

Hi Annika,

CS-364 (https://pulsar-encode.herokuapp.com/chipseq_experiments/364) has two replicates: rep3 and rep4. It has been submitted to the portal: https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR109SJT/ half a year ago.

Should it belong to another previous experiment? If so, which one?

Yes, we repeated it because it had extremely low read depth. The original experiment is this one:

https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR097UGB/

We have to ask the DCC if it should be added to the old one (we submitted before they told us that they would like to have it this way).

How about its Ips? Rep1 and Rep2 have IPs, should we use them for rep3 and rep4?

Annika:

This is the one that the DCC will process first to see if the quality is better. And only then we can add the IPs from rep 1 and 2. So we will wait for the results from the DCC.
