ENCODE data submission: Missing PCRs for cs-255 #266

Hi Joan,

CS-255 https://pulsar-encode.herokuapp.com/chipseq_experiments/255 does not have PCRs attached to any of its biosamples, or their ancestors.

Could you please upload them if they are available?

Hi Tao, the PCR failed. We have to repeat it, or try to get it through review without.

Hi konor and jie,

We did ChIP on PITX2 in A549 but the PCR failed. Did we try to validate on the RHA? I don’t see it in my notes. And if not, do you remember why?

Hi Annika,

I found PITX2 in the primer design to do list. I will go ahead and design new RHA primers for PCR validation.
