ENCODE data submission: cs-312 missing antibody #269

Hi Annika,

The Antibody (https://pulsar-encode.herokuapp.com/antibodies/24) for cs-312 https://pulsar-encode.herokuapp.com/chipseq_experiments/312 has not been registered on the portal.

Could you please do it for me to proceed?

From Annika:

I submitted the AB to ENCODE (ENCAB909IOP) but the validations were not complaint enough and Jie is working on repeating the validations. We can add ENCAB909IOP to Pulsar but I have to replace the validations on ENCODe when they come in from Jie. But I can take care of this.

Sure, I’ve assigned the issue in github to you. All 6 experiments with missing antibody depends on this issue. Please let me know once you finish it so that I can proceed to fix these experiments on the portal.
