Hi Annika,

The experiment cs-252 https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR635VTR/ does not have any IPs in pulsar. But I need them to resolve its input library (https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR477JXX/) "missing biosample characterization" issue.

What shall we do about it?

Best, Tao

Hi Tao, not sure why it’s not in pulsar. We should ask the team. It’s on the portal though https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR635VTR/

We are repeating one rep at the moment, because of insufficient IDR.

Hi Joan,

Could you please take a look into the missing IPs for cs-252 in pulsar?

Thanks, Tao

Hi Annika,

We already submitted data for cs-252 (https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR635VTR/). Joan said that it actually failed. Shall we tell DCC about this?

Best, Tao

Hi Tao,

I found the ELK3's IP-WB image and added to B-11322 (eGFP-ELK3-SK-N-SH ) master.

IB-537, GEL-810

Best, Joan

Hi Tao,

We repeated rep3 and 4 as technical reps to 1 and 2.

So the IP is the same for 1/3 and 2/4.

Thanks

Hi Joan,

Thanks for your information. I have use IP of B-11322 for B-11323.

@Annika, I only see rep1 and rep2 in pulsar for cs-252. Do you mean cs-370 have rep3 and rep4 for cs-252? We have both cs-252 and cs-370 submitted on the portal separately. Should they be combined instead?

Thanks, Tao
