Hi Annika,

This experiment https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR727GPE/ has been revoked for contamination investigation.

Is there any update?

Hi Tao,

The new library is on SREQ-311, together with ZFP30 that was contaminated as well.

@Alec, did you check the new libraries for contamination already? I am not sure at the moment. Also, why did we repeat only one rep (in K562)?

Annika, From SREQ-311? I don't have access yet to that run.

Cory should have sent you two extra reps for ZNF211 did he only send one? Alec
