Missing genetic modification reagents
Hi Ingrid and Jessica,
cs-386 (https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR942XQI/) is missing genetic modification reagents. Currently, it is not in "DCC_ToBeProcessed" list. Do we have to provide information for reagents before it gets processed?
Thanks, Tao
Hi Annika,
cs-386's IP is considered "not compliant" on the portal. How shall we correct this in Pulsar/DCC portal?
Thanks, Tao
Hi Tao,
All non compliant IPs are being repeated by Chicago. I believe that most are K562?
Hi Annika,
Yes, they are K562, except ENCSR095DCN.
From Chicago:
Okay, ENCSR095DCN was also done in Chicago. They know what they have to repeat those.
Hi Annika,
Thank you for the clarifications! In that case, this dataset can be processed normally once there are compliant biosample characterizations attached.
I'm glad to know there isn't Cut&Run data submitted to the portal that we've somehow been overlooking! Feel free to let us know when you have spreadsheets or other information ready to discuss for submitting those.
Best, Ingrid
Hi Ingrid and Annika,
This experiment cs-386 https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR942XQI/ is missing reagent. But I don’t have access to make any changes. Could you take a look and let me know how to resolve the issue?
Thanks, Tao
Hi Tao,
You won't be able to make changes on your end because the GeneticModification you'd like to edit is already released. If you can provide me with the reagents property content you'd like to patch, I can add this for you.
Best, Ingrid
Hi Annika,
Do we have information about the reagent for cs-386?
Best, Tao
