The IP is non-compliant and we have to redo it.

Hi Annika,

The following two experiments (from discussion w/ DCC yesterday) have non-compliant IPs. Are we going to redo them?

Cs-40 https://github.com/StanfordBioinformatics/pulsar_lims/issues/482 Cs-124 https://github.com/StanfordBioinformatics/pulsar_lims/issues/483

Hi Ingrid,

I have attached a new IP for the following experiment: https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR172OSX/

But I cannot modify the record, because it is released. Could you help me upload the two copies of this IP (for two biosamples) so that its input library control will be able to inherit the IP as well?

Thanks, Tao

Hi Tao,

I see that the characterization attached to ENCBS409RBU is already released, so I will switch in your new image (thank you for providing the updated attachment). Since it needs to go through additional review by Mark, we will wait on this to be complete before posting a redundant characterization on ENCBS259BPH.

Please let me know if you have any questions! -Ingrid

Hi Ingrid,

Thanks a lot for your help. It is fine to me that we have to wait for Mark’s review at this moment.

Hi Tao,

Mark has re-reviewed the new image and found it not compliant, new review updated here: https://www.encodeproject.org/biosample-characterizations/b9025eaa-4434-4001-bac3-0a3aea4d8bed/

no problem. Thanks. I forwarded this to Alec and Cory as it was a western that was done in Chicago. I guess they will try to re-run it.

Thanks Annika

Hi Annika,

Is there any update from Chicago on this issue?

Thanks, Tao
