ENCODE data submission: non-compliant IP for cs-124 #483

The IP is non-compliant and we have to redo it.

Hi Annika,

The following two experiments (from discussion w/ DCC yesterday) have non-compliant IPs. Are we going to redo them?

no problem. Thanks. I forwarded this to Alec and Cory as it was a western that was done in Chicago. I guess they will try to re-run it.

Could you give us an update on MYNN and MXD1? Did Cory grow them again?
