Pulsar Data submission: biosamples from Caltech #533

Hi Tao,

We received mouse samples from Caltech a few days ago. I prepared the submission sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Bo3RyCDXdhu6r9pPjZ-Hwvasdhc2S7jd/edit#gid=638509851

Could you help to submit them to Pulsar?

Do we have NIC for these biosamples?

Hi Tao,

Those are mouse samples so no NIC required. NIC numbers are assigned for human samples for a given consent of the patient on genomic data sharing.
