ENCODE data submission: scAS #536

There are 4 scATAC data sets (yellow) that are on pulsar but not on the portal. I originally thought that the quality is not good enough but it turns out that I was maybe overly cautious and I think we could still submit those and see how Anshul’s pipeline can handle those cases.

This is: scAS-380 scAS-382 scAS-369 scAS-359

So the plan would be: 1) submit those 4 scATAC data sets first 2) add the corresponding ENCSR numbers to the spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bYJ8w2XqfR9El0dXEl9QJKXAjy58zL8b/edit#gid=276112574 3) add the multiomic series object on the portal (lab, award, property ‘related_datasets’).
