ENCODE data submission: snRNA and scATAC #787

Hi Tao, the following libraries can be submitted to ENCODE. Those are multiome libraries (always one scRNA and scATAC belong together (for instance L-11970 and L-11974) and should be link with the multiome object. There are 4 human samples (UW…) and two mouse samples (B6cast).
