Hi Tao, I see that SREQ-434 and 435 are not submitted yet. This is your github tracker #800 from 11/09. Could you please submit them? The ENCODE analysis groups need the data sets.

That’s why I hesitated submitted SREQ-434 and SREQ-435 since the relationship was unclear to me. Now they have been updated by you and are ready for me to submit. Thanks for also keeping track of this.

As I did the submission, the system complains about missing NICs for these experiments. Do they use mouse biosamples?
