ENCODE data submission: missing IP for ENCSR578KSR #808

Hi Tao,

Thank you for the updates! The files are now moved to ENCSR568LRK, which we will be able to process once compliant biosample characterizations are attached (I believe Mark still needs to review these). We'd like to leave ENCSR578KSR as it is until after we process ENCSR568LRK, in case we need the third replicate's files for quality reasons. You won't need to take any action on ENCSR578KSR.

Hi Ingrid,

It looks like the quality of the two replicates for https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR568LRK/ are good enough to avoid a third replicate, since it has been already released with error messages.

Following up our previous discussion, we will not need this experiment any longer https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR578KSR/

To resolve the audit error, shall we remove it from the portal or leave it alone?

https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR578KSR/ has been deleted on the portal https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR568LRK/ has been released.
