ENCODE data submission: cs-520 #812

HI Tao, there are two libraries that are not submitted on SREQ-424. L-11842 L-11841

Hi Annika,

The barcodes for these two libraries when I first did the submission. Lixia has added the barcodes, and I am able to continue this submission.

I will let you know once it is done.

Missing biosample characterization

I submitted the fastq files, but IPs are missing. Could you help me locate them somewhere?

Yes, they are on rep 1 and 2
