ENCODE data submission: SREQ-443 and SREQ-444 #846

Hi Tao,

The next mouse multiome is ready for submission. This is SREQ-443 and 444.

It's mouse (so you can remove the ‘organism human’ in your code) No NIC Here are the parings:

L-12045 and L-12049 L-12046 and L-12050 L-12047 and L-12051 L-12048 and L-12052 L-12031 and L-12035 L-12032 and L-12036 L-12053 and L-12057 L-12054 and L-12058 L-12055 and L-12059 L-12056 and L-12060

Do you think you can submit them this week? I have a meeting with the mouse analysis group and it would be good to have them on the portal.

Hi Annika,

SREQ-441, 442, 443, and 444 have all been submitted. Quality check and multiomics experiments are also submitted.
