ENCODE data submission: IP for several biosamples #893

HI Tao,

Can you submit the IP https://pulsar-encode.herokuapp.com/gels/990

To the following ChIP on the portal (this should replace the old IP that was non-compliant)

https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR305PID/

Could you add the following comment to the caption: "Band is within 20% of expected if taken the upward shift of the gel into account."

Sorry, one more thing regarding this Western:

Thanks for adjusting the caption but can you add the following to the caption as well:

Immunoprecipitation was performed on nuclear extracts using anti-eGFP antibody.The image shows western blot analysis of immunoprecipitation. Molecular weight standard (Bio-Rad, cat. # 161-0374) contains 10 pre-stained recombinant proteins (250, 150, 100, 75, 50, 37, 25, 20, 15, and 10 kD).

I tried to do it manually but I always get an error message.
