ENCODE data submission: replace miscompliant IPs #895

Hi Ingrid and Jennifer,

Tao uploaded three new Western IPs for the following experiments:

ENCSR928DXV: ENCSR906CWK ENCSR044UJJ

Could you change their status to “need review” so that Hudson Alpha can look at them? Thanks, Annika

Hi Annika,

On further review, I was unable to find the new characterizations for the biosamples in those datasets.

For example, searching for the replicate 1 biosample in ENCSR928DXV only brings up the existing "not compliant" characterization, which appears to have the same image as before: https://www.encodeproject.org/search/?type=BiosampleCharacterization&characterizes.@id=/biosamples/ENCBS649VCI/

If possible, could you check with Tao about the submission status of the characterizations?

Latest IPs for ENCSR906CWK were already submitted.

Hi Ingrid,

The latest IPs for ENCSR928DXV are now submitted. For the other two experiments, the IPs are already on the portal.

Please let me know if you see any other problematic submissions.
