ENCODE data submission: SREQ-455 #918

Hi Tao,

could you please submit these datasets to ENCODE? The data quality looks great. This is SREQ-455 (just scATAC, no matching RNA datasets).

Sure. Will do it asap.

BTW, I found there is sth wrong with SREQ-432 submission when I worked on NGN2 submission. John swapped it with another dataset and I am trying to figure out how to resolve it.
