ENCODE data submission: ChIP IPs #938

Hi Tao,

Here are some more biosamples with new images that are not on the portal yet and Mark can review after submission:

ENCBS337TXB Gel 991 ENCBS353IDE Gel 989 ENCBS613RMV Gel 949 ENCBS882HNK Gel 990 (please add comment: band size is within +20% of expected) ENCBS530DRM Gel 989 ENCBS843UJX Gel 990

Hi Jennifer,

Here are more IP/submissions:

  1. I submitted a new IP image for https://www.encodeproject.org/biosample-characterizations/7dd8fbab-f718-4be9-a3a8-5d5ae68fc526/. It characterizes biosample https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS337TXB/ which has been released. Right now, the biosample link still shows the old IP. Will the portal automatically update the image in the biosample?
  2. I need to submit a new image for IP https://www.encodeproject.org/biosample-characterizations/57f98f11-71a1-44fe-9e2e-14cf95e0d18c/, but do not have the proper permissions. The image has been attached, could you please help submit it?
  3. IP for https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS843UJX/ should be replaced with the IP https://www.encodeproject.org/biosample-characterizations/07b11e4d-670c-42be-aa17-04e93b535d32/. I don’t have the permission. Please help me make the update on the portal.
  4. New: https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS353IDE/, please send to Mark for review
  5. New: https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS613RMV/, same as above
  6. New: https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS882HNK/, same as above

Hi Jennifer,

Here is the update of the IPs mentioned in this thread.

  1. There are two IPs for https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS337TXB/ (released). Could you help me remove the old one with name 2-8-2019 K562-A549 CRISPR IP.jpg?
  2. IP for https://www.encodeproject.org/biosamples/ENCBS843UJX/ should be replaced with the IP https://www.encodeproject.org/biosample-characterizations/07b11e4d-670c-42be-aa17-04e93b535d32/. I don’t have the permission. Please help me make the update on the portal. Please let me know if there are any further issues.
