Hi Annika,

The experiment https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR158BGH/ has the following error:

possible_controls is a list of experiment(s) that can serve as analytical controls for a given experiment. controlled_by is a list of files that are used as controls for a given file. File ENCFF440XTH contains in controlled_by list a file ENCFF301IUQthat belongs to an experiment ENCSR012KTG that is not specified in possible_controls list of this experiment.

It looks like that https://www.encodeproject.org/experiments/ENCSR012KTG/ should be a control for ENCSR158BGH, but Pulsar does not show that information. Could you please confirm that ENCSR012KTG should be added to ENCSR158BGH as a wild-type control?
