ENCODE data submission: IPs for ChIPs #947

Hi Tao and Annika,

We recently reprocessed these 4 datasets using the additional new replicates 3 and 4: https://www.encodeproject.org/search/?type=Experiment&accession=ENCSR935UQL&accession=ENCSR158BGH&accession=ENCSR682AAS&accession=ENCSR091IQZ

Since the rep 3/4 processing run had fewer audits, we decided to delete the old replicates 1/2 and all associated files. However, only the rep 1/2 biosamples had characterizations, and the new reps 3/4 do not have characterizations, resulting in the "missing biosample characterization" audit.

Would you be able to submit characterizations for the new replicates? Please let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for reprocessing those datasets. I have submitted IPs for all of them. Please let me know if you see any other issues.
