ENCODE data submission: IPs submission #957

Hi Tao,

Those experiments are missing biosample characterizations. They are all control ChIPs (input libraries) so they should inherit the characterization from their parents. Could you check those?

Hi Annika,

I have submitted their Ips for both replicates and should be inherited automatically.
