Have options to fix the experimental rounds at the template level #342

I would like for all "experimental" rounds to have the same tasks, and all non-experimental rounds to have different tasks.

For example: in a particular template, the “experimental” round is always rounds 2 and 5, so that the PDF's can match.

Yea, I wonder how we can scaffold the diversity of tasks we need. I mean, this would be useful for some things but is probably opposite to what we need in other experiments.

Perhaps we can have a broader discussion about which controls we need in a refined version of the template generation tools.

What about just choose exp rounds in template (2 selects)? Is it ok for you?
