Being able to create a pre-survey #352

We would like to be able to make a pre-survey. We have an experiment that requires to know participants' mindset before the round and we need the ability to have a survey before the first round. This could be an option in the template?

This sounds like 2 issues, and the duration control aspect is a little unclear. Perhaps break that out into a separate issue and explain it in more detail.
