default white theme when running live

Concern: the dark theme could appear inaccessible and intimidating to users. It’s reminiscent of coding and gaming environments.

While it’s nice on the eye, I don’t believe this is necessarily a gender or culturally neutral chatroom environment.

I think that @i-gao has already added this change to the code and it runs with a light theme locally which is much better; however, it has not been merged to prod.

this will also need to wait until I can finish an avatar experimental run, which needs to match the dark theme of the control
