survey question dynamic appending #367

Need: Some surveys require each question to be customized based on the names of the members in the prior round

Potential solution: For each survey in each round, give the option of inserting team member user names into the survey questions based on a key pattern like {name1} {name2} {name3} {name4}

it's done, keys are 'team_partner_1', 'team_partner_2', 'team_partner_3' for teamSize=4. Only in question text.
