Did you test it, @tonyanguyen ? On your local.

Because I see that button is not working, conflict with init logic. You should test user's logic from user's account, not from admin.

And 20 mins is not our limit - 30/40mins are. Should I change it?

I will change FAQ logic from page to modal.
