Admin delete batches that didn't run / sort by template type #380

It would be helpful to have an option to filter the batchlist by template type and delete batches that didn't start. Only batches that didn't start should be deletable.

I think we don't need to delete them. Because it's like logs, it can helps us to resolve some problems with users. I can filter batchlist and remove all with completed status and without start.

I see, sounds good! Additionally, the option to filter by template type would be great, so we can sort different experiments' results from other experiments.
