Change the HIT price from $0.01 to $1.00 for Bang-prod #383

We initially wanted to change the bonus amount for the waiting room auto pay, but @markwhiting, @Ryan-Foulke , and I thought it would be better to change the HIT price to $1.00 so we don't have to change as much to incentivize Mturkers.
