This feels a little strong to me and will likely lead to more work for us navigating responses. I think I'd do something like notify them when we think they are not being active and tell them the might be removed if it continues?
Before paying users at the end of the batch, check that the users have completed the task fully to what we expect (e.g. participated in all rounds (sent at least 3 messages per round), completed all surveys)
If they did not achieve our expectations, then they will be sent an email instead explaining why they did not get paid or get kicked out?
