for single-team batches, have a "bestRound" (refRound) field instead of expRounds #418

In this batch, the reconvened rounds were 3 and 4, but the experimental rounds are listed as 2 and 4. Is there an easier way to tell which round has the same names as the reconvened round? Either expRounds should reflect this, or there should be a new field.

done, in dev. expRounds field in single batches now stores correct information
