Post-Survey Logic #434

We'd like to create a post-survey to be delivered to the user after completing all task rounds, pre-surveys, and mid-surveys. Ideally, this would appear after the last mid-survey on a separate screen.

I believe this issue is done and currently is in dev(#422). Could you check it out and tell me if there is something more I can do about it? In add template there is a checkbox "Post Survey". @phoebexy
