Improving messaging to workers #505

@xehu has been getting emails from workers who don't quite understand what's going on, so I'm making this issue to talk about refinements and work out a solution.

The problems are a few fold, but basically come down to the issue that workers often don't know what's going on with the notification because it is outside of the normal use of turk.

For example, we call it a HIT but a HIT is a specific thing, with a submit button for example, which our activity is not. So one step is changing that.

Another example, we can be more clear about how soon they need to respond and what the implications of responding or not responding might be.

@xehu and @phoebexy — please add other ideas if you have any.
