Jay before real test bugs #131

  1. Added bcc emails to stanfordhci.odesk@gmail.com
  2. Made timeline unclickable for user in runtime, both before team starts and after
  3. Made event popovers readonly for user in runtime before team starts
  4. Disabled drag and resize events in user runtime
  5. Update event popover with information when change made to event
