The second task in the timeline doesn't get delayed when the first task is delayed (but the other tasks do get delayed) #230

See attached screenshot. When you start a team, the second task right after the first task does not get delayed if the first task is delayed. The tasks that follow, however, do get delayed. Not sure why that happens but it's been happening for a while now (at least for me).

Possibly because event 2 is starting exactly at 1hr. Want to check 15, then 30min, etc. delays on event 2.
