Password Protection / Log-In #250

Need some method of preventing workers from seeing each others teams on the interviews. This could be a good opportunity for us to start the team library stuff early.

Need more direction/vision for what we need here.

Do we want to leave this issue open or is the current solution on foundry-tech sufficient?
