Consequent tasks without 30 minute gap in between.

This pull request mainly fixes the issue of not being able to have consequent tasks without 30 minute gaps. The fixed bugs listed below need to be tested both in author and user view. Also, Foundry needs to be thoroughly tested over all possible scenarios of project structure to make sure that everything else is still working.

1. Switch tabs and refresh the page while testing.
2. Check the different scenarios while completing tasks early as well.

Fixed bugs:

• When task 2 started right after task 1, and task 1 was delayed, task 2 didn’t get pushed back.
• When task 1 got delayed and completed, afterwards, task 2 got delayed, task 3 wasn’t pushed back.
• If an event was 30 minutes, the width of the event wasn’t calculated correctly. Thus when the 30 min task was delayed, the consequent tasks didn’t get pushed back correctly.
• When task 1 was delayed and tasks 2 and 3 started right after task 1, only task 2 got pushed back.
