Rework landing page and add screenshots

:recycle: Current situation & Problem

Currently, SpeziAccount doesn't really follow the Documentation Guide for the landing page and also doesn't include screenshots of the most important views. Screenshots are particularly useful as we might want to include them in the main Spezi package.
