Improve Test Stability and Scheduling Limit

• Scheduling sometimes fails due to some inaccuracies and saved notifications across application installations.

:gear: Release Notes

• Decreases the scheduling limit to to 56 notifications at the same time.
• Improves timeouts in tests.
