Fix issue #765: add underscore to class implementation and change class to simulator-based ownership #835

Ticket #765 Add underscores to class implementation of the following:

  1. RigidContactAPI
  2. GripperRigidContactAPI

Change classes to simulator-based ownership, classes include:

  1. CollisionAPI -> og.sim.collision_api
  2. ControllableObjectViewAPI -> og.sim.controllable_object_view_api
  3. FlatcacheAPI -> og.sim.flatcache_api
  4. GripperRigidContactAPI -> og.sim.gripper_rigid_contact_api
  5. PoseAPI -> og.sim.pose_api
  6. RigidContactAPI -> og.sim.rigid_contact_api
