Since we had an open slot on the mux going into the PRBS checker, I thought it would be nice to use it for running a self-test, so this PR connects a PRBS generator to the mux. One of the key features of the generator is the ability to produce single-bit errors on demand. Hopefully this BIST will be helpful for lab debug.
