issue on Android #3

Hi, Just letting you know that I tried the demo on my Android phone and there was an issue getting it to slide. Clicking anywhere on the bar moves it to the required point but sliding didn't work well. Sometimes it simply didn't respond, it wasn't consistent. I just tried on the Wai-aria site demo and that didn't work well either, it barely responded to touch. Best regards.

Hey @philip-keep, Thank you for reporting this one, but unfortunately I have no android device at hand. Can you try helping me pinpoint the issue?
